Luke at the Aspen Grove store was great! Super knowledgeable about all things Lovesac. Great customer service, he was really patient with us as we asked him 6 million questions before buying.

We recently visited the Aspen Grove location, and had the pleasure of receiving assistance from both Luke and Brittany. These two are customer service rockstars! They were both incredibly knowledgeable and at no time during our visit were we pressured to make a purchase.

The Lovesac team was really helpful with deciding which one we wanted and let us take time to test different versions and fabric… and I flipping *love* this thing! The pillow sack with super soft fur and a footstool is pure cuddly cocoon-like heaven. I absolutely recommend!

I first met Paul at Costco, where he was so helpful, honest and friendly. He answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy anything, he just shared information with me. Then I took my husband to the Aspen Grove store where we met Luke, Peyton and Ethan. They too were so kind and friendly and helpful. These three spent a long time with us, showing different options and answering all our questions. We felt like they gave us all the time in the world. Exemplary employees of this company. Lovesac is privileged to have these four in their organization. After time at home to consider our options, we have decided to purchase a sectional. There is nothing else like this on the market.

Luke Alex Brittany and Cedric were fantastic to work with from the Aspen Grove location. Lots of updates on the process via text and everything was delivered as promised! My wife and I spent an evening putting the entire thing together including the stealth tech sound system which we love! You will need to be prepared to receive lots of boxes over the course of a few days though...😁 And my personal recommendation on this is to have them delivered to a dedicated FedEx location like I did. That way you know they are safe secure and sound and you pick them up when you are ready. (Which might require multiple trips) I love the end result! Thanks guys for making this a excellent experience!!

My wife and I have dogs and need furniture that is durable and ideally washable. After doing some research, we decided to go with LoveSac. We purchased a sectional and in less than a week we got the majority of the parts. We have had three separate deliveries from FedEx but that''s not LoveSac's fault. Customer Service: 5 out of 5. They really seem to do well in terms of communication and providing quick responses. Staff in the store and over text have been very responsive and helpful. Unboxing and install: 3 out of 5. This one I'm torn, because they are clearly thoughtful in terms of minimizing waste and protecting the items in the box. BUT you get quite a workout and they don't offer installation, so you will have to move the boxes to the location you want the sofa to be in and then unbox and put together. I'd estimate my wife and I spent 4-6 hours total on 13 boxes. It's really easy to pinch a finger so be careful when putting this together. I would not buy this furniture unless you are ready for a workout and are okay with being sore afterwards. Lovesac should really offer an installation option because many people won't be able to handle the 400+ pounds of weight in all these boxes. Also, be mindful of where you are placing the couch. We were putting it in a corner of our living room and you really want to leave enough space to walk behind the couch when putting it together, which means that we ended up having to push the 400 pounds ourselves on the ground to get it in place. This is one of the bigger downsides to this system. Quality: 5 out of 5. This couch setup is very flexible and from what I see, very sturdy and well made. You get your money's worth. It's just hard to stomach all the work you have to do putting it together after spending over $5000. It is nice that the covers can be washed and you can purchase additional pieces to change your layout. Not many couches can do this! Return policy: 2 out of 5. Absolutely IN LOVE with this furniture! I was very concerned about my dogs and their dog hair but so far, cleaning the cushions is a breeze. I never fall asleep while watching television and this first week of having the sactional together, I have fallen asleep 5 times. Its like it just hugs you to sleep. The only thing to be warned about is, the assembly!! It was a total pain, and took. me and my husband three evenings after work. I can say it was worth it though. I do think for the price, it should come with white glove set up. My husband and I are thrilled and our three dogs love it too! Thank you Alex, and crew for your long distance assistance.

Love our new sectional in our "crows nest" space. It gives the most comfy seat to everyone while our family and friends are together. Sea Glass Etched Chenille was the perfect fabric and color for our space. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our needs were met and also exceeded for our unique space. Thx~ Sola Family

Came in on 5/14 after a very disappointing experience at the Cherry Creek Location. The sales associate working at the Littleton location was very welcoming and helpful in the overwhelming experience of buying high-end expensive furniture. He knew the ins and outs of the various products and helped us immensely in making an informed decision on which sectional was perfect for us.

Store associates are very nice and welcoming! They communicate very well and will keep you updated on discounts so that if you did purchase something, they will price match it within 60 days. Example: I purchased something at LoveSac with 35% off, but when Black Friday came, the discounts were 40%, so they gave me a call to let me know so I could get the 40% and not the 35%. Most stores don't do that unless you call them, but they called me. Definitely will buy from them again!
